Time History Analysis for Sinusoidal Loading

I have to model the harmonic loading of a vibrating screen onto a concrete structure.The screens are mounted on isolation frames and the vibrating reaction forces of the isolation frame on to the concrete frame were supplied by the manufacturer as follows :

vertical = 0.5 kN
horizontal =1.2 kN
the frequency = 14 Hz

My question is :
How does the amplitude relate to the maximum force - can I set the amplitude at 1
and Fx = 1.2 and Fy = 0.5 as shown below

DEFINE TIME HISTORY
TYPE 1 FORCE
FUNCTION SINE
AMPLITUDE 1 FREQUENCY14 CYCLES 100
ARRIVAL TIMES
0.0
DAMPING 0.05

then :

LOAD 2
SELFWEIGHT X 1.0
SELFWEIGHT Y 1.0
SELFWEIGHT Z 1.0
JOINT LOAD
8 12 FX 1.2
8 12 FY 0.5
8 12 FZ 1.2

Can somebody assit please.

I have looked at the british example 22. but it does not explain the relation ship between the amplitude of 30
and the actual loads defined in Load 2 as Fx, Fy anf Fz all  =  15 kN

Can sombody explain the above - how will a change in amplitude effect the results and what is the reltionship between ampplitude and the actual vibrating force
