RAM Concept not opening a file and received a pop up message that say's "CONNECTION Client not running."

And when I'm logged in, the program will open but won't load a file. Concept.exe also disappeared from Task Manager. Please help we're on an urgent situation for our project and it's affecting our productivity. Thank you!
