Modelling Rock Anchors in Staad

Hi. I have two questions.

 I know the anchor capacity, hence am checking the model for uplift forces if the reactions at the anchors modeled as springs (Fixed but  with spring constant based on the anchor capacity (assuming anchor has certain displacement at its capacity) in Y direction). The model has just a slab (as plate elements ) say 132 sq ft supported by 25 anchors symmetrically.

My first question is, even though the C.G of the resultant uplift force coincide with the c.g of anchor system. The reaction at the anchors are not equal. Why? Is it because of the relative stiffness between the spring and the plate elements at the support?

2. Which representation of anchors would be right?  Springs released in all directions and have a spring constant in Vertical direction or Springs fixed in all directions and have a spring constant in Y direction.
