RAM moment connection

I am doing a moment bolted connection design in RAM connection. The moment resistance capacity remains unchange and it shows failure even though i modify the bolting arrangement . I need to pass this in RAM instead of doing a manual checking which i feel is not necessary while having RAM software(Please visit the site to view this file)
