Greetings all !
I have to model a steel structure to support a cement silo with a total load of 2500 MT of cement and 85 MT of silo self weight (total load = 25,850 kN).
To take into account the impact of seismic loads, I modeled silo as a dummy member and analysed the structure as in actual there will be no support at the top of silo (Consider it to be cantilever at top). When I modeled the silo as cantilever at top, software is giving warnings of in all directions. Can someone please help me?
