I am verifying the output of STAAD Pro v8i (Release 20.07.04.12) with three moment equations.

By Comparing the Result of STAAD and the 3 moments methods, the results are as below photos:

M4 3.25 3.2696
I used on STAAD beam of Concrete with 30 cm x 30 cm.
Can you please advise why there is difference between your result and the 3 moment equations?
