Can you please help with FEM, I modeled plates and mesh all the plates for an equipment support . The plates (equipment support)
is supported by a steel beam below not on the ground and not on concrete.
My questions for now are:
1. Why the analysis takes a lot of time or not stopping is there an error?
2. Does my calculation for the stiffness of steel and bolts correct?, by the way I inputed the subgrade modulus for the steel and generate compression only,
for the bolts i inputted stiffness of 1kn/m tension only spring.
