Against a same Load why Beam Reactions are varied?

Hi,

I create two simple frame of same RC beam properties with same load, provided dist. member load -1 kip/ft on beams only.

The 1ST RC frame consists of Shear-wall, Column and Beam when 2ND RC frame consists of Column and Beam. I have a question about Beam-reactions of 1ST frame, when I used surface (shear-wall) at one side of frame  the end moments (-ve Moment) of beam are not equal in values.

But, when I used member (column) in both side of frame (beam) in 2ND frame, the reactions are same in values. I can't understand it, how is it possible without lateral force a beam end reactions are different.

Further question, in this case of analysis results, which moment  I would be considered?

NB: For more clarity of my question, I attached my analysis observation here. Please give a more explanation which I was missed in my questions.

Thanks,

Joty
