I need a solution to avoid soft story in my model. And without load change, how many ways it can be solved? Please, give me a brief explanation so that I can keep it economic but safe enough. I dont want to add shear-wall if possible. Below I attached and mentioned a brief information about my model:
1. use staad SS6, 2. Provided seismic static analysis, 3. Reference Load type Mass & avoid sign, 4. Rigid Fl Diaphragm, 5. UBC 94 Seismic definition with Y direction only,
