RAM ISM

We are trying to begin using the RAM ISM link with Revit to speed up our workflow. One of the main issues that we are having is every time the ISM Repository is updated from RAM, the structural synchronizer interprets all of the elements as both deleted and then added new. If you proceed with this process, accept all changes, and update the Revit model from the repository, all of your revit elements are then deleted and replaced in one felt swoop. This process deleted all of the beam annotations, column schedule annotations, grid dimensions, etc.

Is there a way to fix this bug? It seems as though the synchronizer should be able to distinguish from members that have changed and those that have not? Also, is there a way in the update process to tell Revit to only update sizes (parameter data) and not the member element itself.

Thanks in advance
