Diaphragm gravity load and mass distribution for double height spaces

Hi,

I'm using Ram Frame to analyze a building with a multiple height space.  In my particular case, roughly half the building has 4 floors, while the other half is an open space from the ground floor to the roof.  I've added the diaphragm as such, so a number of my columns at the multiple height space continues through levels without passing through diaphragms.  These columns are carrying any load from the roof, as well as self weight.  When it comes time to distribute the gravity loads and mass to a diaphragm in the respective menu in Ram Frame, would it be most appropriate to add them to the roof, the story they're passing through, or the ground floor?
