During the modeling stage, I often add comments to groups points and elements which are separated according to their coordinates for later revisions/updates to the structure. However, once STAAD solves the model all the comments within the point listing and element incidence declaration are moved to the end of the point/element incidence declarations. Is there a way to maintain the original input file with comments within the point and element incidence declarations?
