Floor beams are not seeing loads

Hi

I have modeled composite floor system, assigned deck perpendicular to floor beam, and applied loads.

The problem is that some of the beams are not seeing the applied loads at all! like the (W8x10's) below.

However, the near beam (W24x55's) are seeing the applied loads and being designed correctly. 

I have tried to assigned separate deck to the portion of floor where beams are not seeing loads, but that did not solve the problem.

Please advice on how to solve this issue.
