Firstly thanks a lot for your active forum.
I want to know how to get the incremental deflections plot in RAM Concept. It is defined as the deflections that occur after the installation of brittle elements (superimposed dead load). So I need to subtract the short term deflection (due to dead+superimposed dead, not live) from the total long-term deflections:
1. I have used the time-history analysis (last line in the figure below) for the long-term, and the the time-history analysis (for the initial load combination I created in the first line of the figure) for the short-term deflections. Is it correct?
2. Now I have two figures to deal with. Is there a way to get the program to draw one figure by subtracting the above two figure from each other?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
