STAAD Pro SS6 crash problem

Hello Technical Support;

I have a problem in STAAD Pro SS6, every time i want to do a new  project it shows this error.

Even opening my previous project, it also shows this ERROR.

I cannot use it anymore, so i shifted to lower version which is SS5

Could you please advise what will be the solution on this problem?
