I have been having issues when designing a deep transfer slab in RAM Concept. This issue revolves around the shear capacity of the slab at supprts. I have created a simplified model to try and get to the bottom of this issue but the same problems are arising as in the complicated model.
Even though my design strips I have created are identical, and the model is symetrical, at some supports the shear capacity is reduces to zero, thus making the design strip fail. See image below.
I am hoping that there is a simple solution to the problem any help would be appreciated.
