*WARNING INSTABILITY AT JOINTS AND VERY WEAK STRING ERROR*

Heyy everyone!! I'm very new to STAAD. for days I've been trying to solve this issue. I want ot be able to view the maximum and minimum axial loads in the columns but i'm unable to do so. I was only able to view the max and min displacement. so I set the columns to be truss, now i'm getting errors and I still unable to view the axial loads. please hlp me:
