Instability at joint when using tension only members

Can anyone help?

I have modelled a structure which is being transported on a trailer. The structure is restrained by chains which are indicated by tension only members in the model. When I analyse the model I get an instability at joint 91. Can anyone explain why and how to resolve the issue? Here is the input file.
